Stephen J. Hodson, Owner/Broker, received extensive income property valuation education at the University of Connecticut as well as the Appraisal Institute with such notable instructors as Dr. William Kinard, Dr. Stephen Messner and Byrl Boyce. He was the recipient of a CCIM Scholarship and has taught several real estate classes. He has participated in the development of popular books on real estate sales and has recently served on the Trumbull Economic Development Commission. He is Past Chairman of the Board of Assessment Appeals in Trumbull.
