TRUMBULL, CT. July 1, 2008 - Hodson Realty, Inc. negotiated the sale of a 34,000 square foot office facility located at 2 Corporate Drive, Trumbull. The seller of the property was Corporate Drive Office Center, LLC. and the buyer was 2 Corporate Drive, LLC.

Stephen Hodson, President of Hodson Realty, Inc. represented both the buyer and seller in this transaction. Hodson Realty, Inc.'s commercial division specializes in commercial-investment real estate. Mr. Hodson is presently the exclusive leasing agent for the property and is handling the leasing of the remaining 8,000 square feet of available space with units ranging from 800 to 2,100 square feet.
