Stephen Hodson of Hodson Realty, Inc. Brokers $4 Million Sale in Shelton, CT.

SHELTON, CT. July 17, 2006 - Hodson Realty, Inc. negotiated the sale of the Shaw-Mudge facility located at 828 Bridgeport Avenue, Shelton, CT. The seller of the property was Allerderm, Inc. and the buyer was Crowne Point Real Estate Investors, LLC.

The property consisted of a 50,849 square foot light industrial building situated on 5.4 +/- acres of land. James Botti, member of Crowne Point, has proposed and received approvals for an adaptive reuse of the site for a restaurant and banking facility.

Stephen Hodson, President of Hodson Realty, Inc. represented both the buyer and seller in this transaction. Hodson Realty, Inc.'s commercial division specializes in commercial-investment real estate.
